For example, we often spend a lot of time trying to select the best service or app for something (job applicant tracking systems, international employers of record, donation processing systems, shareable e-book library, etc.). It would be nice to have a place to share the results—especially in cases where we’ve had bad experiences and want to warn others away from companies whose advertising overstates their functionality (FYI, so far, that’s ADP, Safeguard Global, Funraise, and Good Grants).
It would also be nice to be able to share things like SOPs we’ve developed to solve common problems, in case others want to take the same approach.

To add to this, the few times I’ve needed ops help I asked a question on the ops slack, and was then linked to a previous thread that discussed said issue at length, and found it very helpful.
