Ought is a research lab that develops mechanisms for delegating open-ended thinking to advanced machine learning systems.
Funding
As of July 2022, Ought has received $5 million in funding from the Future Fund,[1] over $3.1 million from Open Philanthropy,[2] nearly $800,000 in funding from the Survival and Flourishing Fund,[3][4] and $60,000 from Effective Altruism Funds.[5][6]
