I didnāt see it, but from what they told me, it must have been in a similar style. Love this, itās a useful template for all orgs who run hiring rounds.

Adding to it: We also legalise abortions to protect not only the would-be parents, but also the children who are born to parents who might not be prepared (mentally, physically, economically) to care for them.
I also took my pledge before I earned a stable income, and am really glad I did. This way, donating 10% never felt like I was missing out on anything, since I never got used to that extra cash. I can highly recommend getting into this habit early on!

What is an AMA in this context?
Slightly leaning towards devoting more funds to GHD, even though I think thereās enough likelihood that animals can suffer as intensely as humans.
My main reason for favouring GHD slightly is that improvements in human wellbeing, education and (political) empowerment seem paramount to the goal of increasing animal welfare long-term.
