Nick Bostrom

Nick Bostrom (born Niklas Boström on 10 March 1973) is a Swedish philosopher. He is a professor at the University of Oxford, the founder and former director of the Future of Humanity Institute, and the author of Superintelligence: Paths, Dangers, Strategies.
