The Centre for the Study of Existential Risk (CSER) is a research center at the University of Cambridge dedicated to the study and mitigation of existential risks.

History

CSER was founded in 2012 by Huw Price, Jaan Tallinn, and Lord Martin Rees.[1]

Funding

As of June 2022, CSER has received over $200,000 in funding from the Survival and Flourishing Fund.[2][3]
