I think the scope of this entry is not defined sufficiently clearly, and perhaps for that reason the associated posts seem like a very heterogeneous bunch. Compare e.g. Julia Wise’s ‘Aim high, even if you fall short’, Eliezer Yudkowsky’s ‘Purchase fuzzies and utilons separately’ and Hayden Wilkinson’s ‘Expected value theory is fanatical’. Without having thought about this much, it seems to me that there’s probably no need for this tag, which was created back when we didn’t have many of the tags that have since been added (e.g. definition of effective altruism, criticism of effective altruism, effective altruism lifestyle, as well as specific tags for the relevant philosophical areas).
Yeah, I think you might be right -like, it would mostly be covered by Philosophy, right?
